Outside Use of Saint Andrew's Facilities

If you are interested in requesting the use of a St. Andrew's facility, first download and read the Property Use Policies below.  Then download, print and fill out the appropriate Property Use Agreement below and contact the Parish Office to check on availability and how to submit the form.  Lastly, download the Checklist sheet.  This document lets the user know how to leave the building at the conclusion of an event.

Checklist

St. Andrew's reserves the right to accept or deny requests for use of its facilities.

Kitchen (below) can be used for an additional fee.

When St. Andrew's Church and Parish House are not being used for parish events and activities, the Church offers its facilities to other local churches and organizations for events and meetings. 

Facilities include the Church Building, and, in the Parish House, the Mary Buell Parish Hall, Kitchen and Stage (which can be used as an Auxiliary Room). 

Mary Buell Parish Hall (above & below)

The Parish House underwent extensive renovations in 2010-2011.  This facility is now a showplace for events in Princess Anne and a magnificent venue for your next event.  Call to schedule a tour.

Capacity

Mary Buell Parish Hall can seat up to 80 people for a dinner; it is restricted to 275 people for a stand up reception. The square footage of the Hall is 1593 square feet. Chairs and rectangle and circular tables are available for use as part of the use agreement.

Use of the facilities is governed by the Property Use Policies of the Church.

Location

The Church is located at 11700 Beckford Ave. The Parish Hall is located 1/2 block south at 30513 Washington St.
